Engraved portrait of Charles H. Spilman, 33°, honorary member of Supreme Council, A.A.S.R., Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, Illinois. Birth date is June 9, 1877. Death date is March 7, 1940. Spilman served as Grand Secretary General of A.A.S.R., Northern Masonic Jurisdiction and Grand Keeper of the Archives (1928-1933).
