Biographical / Historical
Engraved portrait of Allen T. Treadway, 33°, honorary member of Supreme Council, A.A.S.R., Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, from Massachusetts. Birth date is September 16, 1867. Death date is February 16, 1947. He was born in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Treadway received his Bachelors and law degrees from Amherst College in 1886 and 1934. In 1904 he was elected to the Massachusetts Legislature. in 1908, to the State Senate, and in 1912, to Congress where he served on the Ways and Means Committee.
