Biographical / Historical

Engraved portrait of Barton Smith, 33°, honorary member of Supreme Council, A.A.S.R., Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, Ohio. Birth date is June 2, 1852. Death date is Nov. 16, 1935. Barton received his B.S. degree from the University of Michigan in 1872 and his law degree in 1875. He practiced law in Toledo, Ohio, specializing in real estate and corporation law.
