Letter from Grand High Priest Paul Dean to High Priest Moses Merrill. Dated May 17, 1825. In this letter, Grand High Priest Dean authorizes King Cyrus Chapter to confer the degrees of the Royal Arch Chapter upon John Locke, Daniel Gilman, David Hart, Joseph Moss, John Merrill and William Wigglesworth. Congratulates the Chapter for the "prosperity of Masonry."
