Series contains the records for publishing the International Bulletin (sometimes titled the International Conference of Supreme Councils Bulletin), starting with the publications by the Southern Masonic Jurisdiction of America, Supreme Council for Colombia, and the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction of America.

Much of the materials are translated into or from Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Dutch, and Italian. Some of the correspondence is also in these languages, with translations created near the time of creation.
Conditions Governing Access
Records are closed, per agreement with the donor, for fifty years after the date of their creation unless otherwise stated. Earlier records are open for research unless otherwise noted at the file level.
Biographical / Historical
The International Conference of Supreme Councils Bulletin was published by various Supreme Councils from the 1950s-1980s. The Supreme Council for Cuba published issues prior to 1963. From 1963-1967, the Southern Masonic Jurisdiction of America published issues (numbered 1-18), and then the Supreme Council for Belgium published 8 issues in 1968 and 1969. In 1970, the Supreme Council for Colombia published an issue, starting again at No. 1. The Northern Masonic Jurisdiction of America took over publications from 1972-1979, continuing the numbering system with issue No. 2-27. In 1980, the Supreme Council for France became the newest publisher, creating issues no. 28-36. After 1984, the publication was resumed by the Southern Masonic Jurisdiction of America, which published issues 38-40. At various points the International Conference attempted to impose a proportional contribution from all Supreme Councils to support the publication.
