 Series

Scope and Contents

There are only six folders filed under Subject Files (F), though there are other records throughout the collection that document various aspects of clandestine Masonry. The folders are arranged in original order. The records in this series document cases of clandestine organizations, or spurious bodies, which are not recognized by the Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction. There is also some correspondence relating to the Prince Hall Affiliation and the history and legitimacy of Black freemasonry.
