Joint proclamation on the 200th anniversary of U.S. Constitution signed by Francis G. Paul, Sovereign Grand Commander, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction and C. Fred Kleinknecht, Sovereign Grand Commander, Southern Jurisdiction. The proclamation is bordered by American flag ornaments and has Masonic symbols of double headed eagle and square and compass.
