Petition to form a Rose Croix chapter and consistory in Boston, dated June 25, 1845. This petition from a group of Boston Freemasons, but written by Sovereign Grand Commander John James Joseph Gourgas, asks for the Supreme Council's authority to form a Rose Croix Chapter and a Consistory in the City of Boston, Massachusetts. It is signed by Edward, A. Raymond, Abraham A. Dame, Enoch Hobart, F E White, Elias Haskell, Charles W. Moore, and Reuel Baker.

An expulsion certificate issued by the Raymond Supreme Council for Charles W. Moore and Killian H. Van Rensselaer, dated January 1, 1862. On August 24, 1860, Sovereign Grand Commander Raymond abruptly closed the Supreme Council sine die, leading to the Schism of 1860 and the formation of two competing Supreme Councils in the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, one led by Raymond and the other by Killian Van Rensselaer.
