Hubbard, Grand Master Aurora Grata Council, Princes of Jerusalem (both of Brooklyn, NY) concerning charges made against Brother James S. Gillen for "alledged offenses against the Scottish Rite." Letters are copied on tissue weight paper with the blue numeral "832" printed on upper right corner.
