Abstract
Land grant. Dated September 24, 1731. The Penn brothers (John, Richard, and Thomas) grant 5000 acres of land for the price of two shillings to their sister, Letitia Penn Aubrey. The deed is said by the Pennsylvania Historical Society to be the only one they have seen which is signed by all three brothers.
