The regalia generally romanticizes and appropriates non-white cultural heritage by using stereotypes and/or caricatures. Attached to the front page is a letter from A. G. Rutherford, of the Great Council of the United States of the I.R.O.M., stating that he has examined the catalog and that it conforms with laws and usages of the order and approves it
