It is commemorating Francisco Ge Acayaba de Montezuma, founder of Brazil Masonic body, and decorated with printed, purple double headed eagle at lower right, medal logo at top left, and front and back printed images of medal at lower left. It is signed by Grande Commendado and Secretario Geral.
