It is described as the "most complete Templar's Manual ever published." The copies were sent to Enoch T. Carson, Ohio Sov. Consistory, Dalcho Council Princes of Jerusalem, Gibulum Lodge of Perfection (all persons or Masonic bodies in Cincinnati, Ohio).
