This collection contains materials related to the celebration of the American Constitution bicentennial. The majority of the collection is non-Masonic material. There are some materials related to the Supreme Council, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction's celebration of this bicentennial.

Certificate authorizing a member of the Supreme Council of Peru to be a representative to the Supreme Council in London. The certificate is on gold paper with an embossed seal is affixed to the letter. There are two gold stamps of the Scottish Rite double-headed eagle.
