Engraving has three columns with Hope, Charity, and Faith standing upon them, the all-seeing eye is above. It has an attached blue ribbon and orange paper seal

Engraving has Charity down at the bottom of the certificate and Hope and Faith stand atop columns. There are many Masonic tools on the checker board square floor at the bottom of the certificate
