Master Mason Membership certificate for Myron S. Glidden issued by DeWitt Clinton Lodge, No. 15, of Rutland, Vermont, April 26, 1872. There certificate has blue engraving on cream parchment with many Masonic symbols such as square and compass, gavel, grape vine, sun, angel, and columns. There is a blue ribbon at the lower center of document. Certificate is accompanied by small leather wallet.
