Summons to Charles More for Rising States Lodge meeting. The printed form has an angel at top center blowing a horn with a sun at left and a moon with seven stars at right. There are two columns along the left side and one column along the right side. Figures of Faith, Hope and Charity are along the bottom. A scythe and hourglass are visible in the lower left corner.
