Deed of trust from Thomas H. Dodge of Worcester, Mass. to the Trustees off the Odd Fellows' Home to be located in Worcester, Mass. It is a printed document and has no signatures. The deed states that Thomas and Eliza Dodge "quitclaim" to two tracts of land and donate them to the Worcester Odd Fellows to build a Home for widows, wives, and orphans.
