A traveling membership certificate issued by Osgood Lodge, No. 48, of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, to Robert P. Locke. Dated January 1, 1878. Imprint on bottom reads, "Engd. By W. H. Dougal."
Traveling membership certificate issued to Amos E. Kendall by Howard Lodge, No. 60, 1852 July 21
A traveling membership certificate issued by Howard Lodge, No. 60, of New York City to Amos E. Kendall. Dated July 21, 1852. Imprint on bottom reads, "Vignette &c. by J. H. & G. W. Casilear. Lettering by A & J. McLees." At the time of this certificate's issuance, Kendall had just finished his term as the Noble Grand, or presiding officer, of Howard Lodge, and before his name, someone has inserted the initials "P.G." or Past Grand in recognition of his achievement.

This collection contains rules and regulations of Kanawha Lodge, no. 25, letters from the Grand Lodge of Virginia, Grand Lodge of West Virginia programs, reports, annual session programs, membership information and advertising, and programs and certificates from the Rebekah Assembly of West Virginia. The February 1954 Virginia Odd Fellow newspaper was separated due to its large size and stored in the small flat folder drawers.
