Certificate decorated with a blue forget-me-not flower at top right corne and printed gold seal at lower left corner. It provides brief history of the organization at bottom of page. This is a Masonically allied fraternal organization originating in Germany during World War II. A blue forget me not pin was worn at a sign of recognition among Masons.
